• For example, together we can prepare a detailed “draft CV” to support the next stage of the process.
• We review the different skillsets. A skills-based CV is split into relevant skills areas and the idea is to be able to see how many skills there actually are and then “convert” the experience to other industries and match the requirements of a job advert.
• Prepare a 2 to 3 paragraph summary that chronologically describes your career to date.
• I provide support on how to start connecting with your network, as it is often through these connections that you’ll find your next job, inspired by the ideas and insights gained from these interactions.
• Finally, “Success Stories” are reviewed as these can often be used during a job interview. We’ll highlight 5–6 success stories based on a provided “template”.
