Regression therapy is a therapeutic method where, in a safe and guided setting, you journey back into your consciousness – either to early stages of this life (birth, childhood, prenatal state) or to past lives, where the soul carries memories and experiences into the present that lie outside our daily awareness. It is a unique opportunity to explore deeper layers of your consciousness and open up to the knowledge, wisdom, and insight that lies hidden – both in this life and in your previous incarnations.

The techniques are based on hypnosis and visualization and provide access to the unconscious mind where memories are stored. The method is used to identify and release unresolved emotional states, limiting patterns, or inner blockages that still affect your current life. Soul Journeys and the Life Between Lives

Over the years, I have met many teachers and sources of inspiration who have technically guided me to deeper layers of consciousness and to encounters with my soul. Throughout my adult life, I have personally been on countless soul journeys – through meditative states, hypnosis techniques, sound healing, drum journeys, and breathwork.

My approach is inspired, among others, by Michael Newton – an American psychologist and pioneer in spiritual regression. Remarkably, he began as an atheist with no interest in reincarnation. Through thousands of in-depth sessions, he discovered how clients – independently of each other (and regardless of religious background, age, or gender) – entered a state of consciousness between lives: a realm filled with insight, reflection, and love. A place where the soul reflects, learns, and plans its next incarnation. In this realm, they met soul groups, spiritual guides, and received insights into their life purpose.

Newton’s discovery revealed that this field of consciousness contains a form of soul memory that allows us to understand the choices and experiences our soul has made across time and space. He described the between-lives state as a sphere of deep love, learning, and reflection – a place where the soul plans its next incarnation based on the experiences it wishes to develop.

Research Into Near-Death Experiences and Past Lives

Among the most well-known researchers is Dr. Ian Stevenson from the University of Virginia, who over decades documented more than 2,000 cases where children could describe details of past lives – often with verifiable facts.

In the field of near-death research (NDE), Dr. Raymond Moody and later Dr. Pim van Lommel have described how people who were clinically dead often return with accounts of light, love, life reviews, and a sense that consciousness continues – an experience that frequently changes their entire outlook on life. This shift occurred, for example, with neurosurgeon Eben Alexander, who in his book “Proof of Heaven” describes a similar experience that radically changed his understanding of consciousness.

Common to many of these accounts is a deep sense of meaning, recognition, and connection – as if they were “coming home.” This same experience is often described after a soul journey.

Come rested and with an open mind. You may wish to write down your intentions or questions and avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours before the session.

Can I Experience Something I’m Not Ready For?
No. You are only led to what you are ready to face. Your consciousness protects you, and I guide you safely throughout.

What If I Don’t Experience Anything?
This is rare, but even quiet journeys bring deep healing and understanding. The experience is unique for each person.

Can Pregnant Women Participate?
Yes, but we avoid working with physical trauma or deep emotional themes in the third trimester. The focus is on safety and inner connection.
