Lectures in Mindfulness

Many companies face the challenge of their employees experiencing stress-related burnout. According to the National Institute of Public Health, it costs society DKK 14 billion a year in Denmark alone. So how can you foster flow, drive innovation and boost the creativity of leaders and employees within an organisation? An old Zen master put it this way: “Be still and know”. It’s in silence that we notice our creativity and thus gain the energy to cope with difficult situations. Meditation is a great tool to keep yourself in good mental and spiritual shape, allowing you to be more aware of your inner thought processes on a daily basis.

 

The lecture includes short exercises on how to meditate, and on the benefits of meditation. It focuses on the latest research findings and the chemical activities that occur in the brain when you meditate, which can reduce perceived stress.

Duration: 1.5 hours.
Location: At company premises or a location chosen by the company.
Timeframe: To be agreed.
Price: DKK 7,500 excl. VAT and mileage (standard government mileage rate) within the inner Copenhagen area. If the lecture takes place outside Copenhagen, travel time will also be billed, calculated for each hour or part thereof at the standard hourly rate.
