Mindfulness course

Mindfulness Meditation is about training yourself to be present in the moment and is therefore a course for anyone who wants to achieve greater clarity, creativity, presence and complete awareness. It can be hard to stay fully present during a busy day. There are constantly things that need our attention. As a result, we often tend to think about too many things at once and can find ourselves becoming stressed.

The purpose of a mindfulness course is to learn just how volatile thoughts really are and to what extent they dictate our emotions and actions. The course helps you view thoughts only as thoughts and not necessarily as real. You will discover meditation techniques designed to enhance your awareness, self-acceptance, concentration, creativity, calmness, sense of expansiveness, and to make you feel more centred.

This course is focused on hands-on experience, alternating between brief presentations, meditation exercises, and gentle relaxation sessions. Allow time for daily home exercises. This is not group therapy, but about training the individual’s ability to break negative thought patterns and to be present in the moment. No prior experience of Mindfulness Meditation is required.

I offer courses in Mindfulness Meditation in both clinical settings and corporate environments, where we practise cultivating complete awareness. The courses target stress, anxiety, depression and pain management and are based on a researched, evidence-based methodology that has shown significant results over the past decades.
