We humans function best when we believe in ourselves, are encouraged, given positive attention and are stimulated in our growth. We can learn from our mistakes and failures and turn them into life lessons. We can maintain the strength to try again or aim for much more rewarding and realistic goals. When we use our newly accumulated knowledge, we build skills and strategies for our future lives.

Coaching

Coaching is based on scientific research and professionally validated methods. These are powerful psychological techniques used to generate and enhance personal development in people who want to improve their skills. We don’t decide when negative thoughts will occur and we can’t always regulate our emotions. Coaching therefore focuses mainly on identifying the desire for change and action. It requires us to turn our attention inwards and to catch the destructive thoughts that prevent us from achieving our goals and desires. No one achieves great results without a lot of personal effort. When it comes to personal development, there are no easy solutions if you want to achieve change. It requires serious commitment, a commitment to keeping appointments with yourself, and a belief that you can succeed.

First and foremost we must therefore:

  • Identify the objective
  • Identify the problem
  • Encourage active learning and use it

 

My job is to:

  • Coach – to instruct, guide, teach and train. Help you complete homework assignments until you master the task of achieving your goal and desires.
