Consultations and counselling sessions are by telephone appointment only. If I am unable to answer the phone, please leave a message and I will call you back as soon as possible.
In most cases, you can use your health insurance or health plans at the psychology clinic. The procedure for this is payment up front, then you claim with your insurance company separately.
I am not affiliated with the public health insurance and cannot help you with GP referrals, unless through private health insurance.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made no later than 12:00 noon on the day before the booking, otherwise the full amount will be charged.
Covid-19
Hand sanitiser will be available, and I’ll keep my distance from you. I will also ensure that the room is cleaned and aired between sessions so that it’s ready for you to come in for our appointment.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or similar or have tested positive, the session will be held online. If you can cancel within the cancellation policy, the appointment will be moved to another day.
